Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, all bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Your slot isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received, and it must be paid within 1 hour of booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 96 hours before your appointment allow your deposit to be used toward a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
What happens if I'm late?
A 5-minute grace period is given. After that, a £15 late fee applies. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation.
Do you offer bridal makeup?
Yes, bridal bookings must be made under the correct bridal package. Booking a standard package for bridal makeup will result in cancellation without refund.
Do you travel for home services?
Yes, both within and outside Mansfield. Travel fees apply for distances beyond 8 minutes, and outside-Mansfield bookings carry adjusted pricing.
Are there additional charges for early morning or Sunday bookings?
Yes, appointments outside standard hours (before 10am/after 6pm) or on Sundays are considered premium slots with an additional £25–£30 fee.
